Troubleshooting

Connection test fails or HTTP 400? Site and company must match AMARSoft. The base URL must end at amarjm_jewellery.api.ecommerce. Set key and secret in admin or env.

Catalogue pull 417? The cursor is bad. Stop and start from the first page.

erpCostStale / will not quote? Refresh prices or wait for the five-minute cron. Or raise the stale threshold under Quote rules. If spot itself is stale, check the metals.dev key and the spot cron.

Webhook 401 signature? The host secret must match what they use to sign the raw body only. Keep the legacy secret during rotation. A timestamp older than five minutes is also rejected.

price_lock_expired after pay? Do not drop the order. On the order detail, retry after re-seal consent.

Reserve blocked / piece vanished? Sold or held on their side. Refresh availability. A unique hold also drops after 15 minutes unpaid.

Jewellery not on the storefront? Still draft until the live flag.

Making is zero? Set a making override or a flat price.

Mail from karatlabs.io? Finish domain verification. A platform banner means the Resend key is missing on the host.

Cron idle? Set CRON_SECRET. Cadence: five minutes for spot, ERP prices, and availability; ten minutes for ops.

Moyasar never confirms? Align the webhook secret with their dashboard.
