Email, domain, and templates

Mail is platform Resend. Merchants never paste a provider key. The key lives on the host only. The fallback mailbox is no-reply@karatlabs.io unless the platform from-address is overridden.

Identity

Email settings: sender name, from address, reply-to. Until the domain is verified, mail leaves from the platform mailbox with your display name and reply-to.

DNS verification

Request records from that screen (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, return-path), add them at the registrar, then verify again. Send a test after it succeeds.

Templates

Groups: Account, Orders, Fixing, Withdrawals. Each template has AR/EN subject and body, enable/disable, reset to default, and a test send. Variables use the double-brace names shown in the editor.

Signatures

Name, title, phone, photo. Appended on templates that allow a signature.
